Some rangers use this build to be sort of a hybrid ranger. This build allows you to AoE and 1vs1 successful but you do not excel in any traits. Here it is.

lvl 62(because of Red Bangs and RedMantis quest)
Str:15
Sta:40
Dex:112
Int:15
